Sometimes you have to lose yourself to find where you truly belong...
Most girls would kill to spend months traveling around Europe after college graduation with no responsibility, no parents, and no-limit credit cards. Kelsey Summers is no exception. She's having the time of her life . . . or that's what she keeps telling herself.
It's a lonely business trying to find out who you are, especially when you're afraid you won't like what you discover. No amount of drinking or dancing can chase away Kelsey's loneliness, but maybe Jackson Hunt can. After a few chance meetings, he convinces her to take a journey of adventure instead of alcohol. With each new city and experience, Kelsey's mind becomes a little clearer and her heart a little less hers. Jackson helps her unravel her own dreams and desires. But the more she learns about herself, the more Kelsey realizes how little she knows about Jackson.

MY REVIEW

Here comes another riveting story by Cora Carmack! This woman never fails to make me swoon over her characters. First, Garrick. Then, Cade. And now, Hunt! As one of my favorite authors, I always keep an eye on her books. I may post my reviews months after the book's release date, but I definitely assure myself I get to read them on time. I post late because I can't find the right words for my review!

This is the third installment for Carmack's Losing It series. Finding It focuses on the story of Kelsey's adventure, wherein she met the very swoon worthy Hunt along the way. She traveled around Europe on her own. This has always been what she wants - away from her parents, and her responsibilities at home. Plus, no credit card limit! Now who wouldn't want that, huh?

Thought this is not my favorite book of hers, it's absolutely my second! I really enjoyed the journey and experiences of Kelsey and Hunt. I didn't expect much from the two of them but they showed my how strong their spark is when they're together! They look so cute, with Kelsey being a little mean and this handsome Hunt being a little bossy at times.
“The best parts of life are the things we can't plan. And it's a lot harder to find happiness if you're only searching in one place. Sometimes, you just have to throw away the map. Admit that you don't know where you're going and stop pressuring yourself to figure it out. Besides...a map is a life someone else already lived. It's more fun to make your own.”
I understand Kelsey's situation. There is a lot of times I wish I could fly away and wander for a while, away from home, from my responsibilities, from my problems, from my normal life. Just for a while, just to relax and think things over. I always dreamed of traveling around the world with my special someone, go to the places I want, try out new adventures, taste a different kind of cuisine, just like what Kelsey and Hunt did. You know, to discover new things on your own, because probably there are some that you don't know you can do.
“Adventures don't happen when you're worried about the future or tied down by the past. They only exist in the now. And they always, always come at the most unexpected time,in the least likely of packages. An adventure is an open window; and an adventurer is the person willing to crawl out on the ledge and leap.”
Hunt seemed mysterious at first (Well, no hot guy isn't mysterious after all, right?) I wondered why all of a sudden, he tried to tag along Kelsey. But he seemed really nice and gentle from the beginning. I was really surprised when I learned who her is, what he does, and who he works for. Kelsey got mad but I understand her. She wanted to go away from her life for a little amount of time, be on her own, then all of sudden she learned she isn't. But the good thing is that Hunt made her experiences unforgettable. He didn't spoil her journey their journey together.

Though this is a very good book to read, I didn't gave it five stars. I'm not that satisfied with the way it ended. It's just that I need more. I wanted to see how Kelsey proved her parents that they're wrong. I want them to realize how good Kelsey is. I wanted them to see that they don't need to worry about her making her own decisions, that Hunt can prove it to them. Anyway, I definitely recommend this to every New Adult reader out there. You shouldn't miss this!

“Just looking for a piece of adventure, my ass. You already have an adventure. Who is he?”

An enigma.
“Just a guy I met the other night,” I answered.
“And why the hell would you not want to see him? Did he have herpes or something? Because that’s a damn shame. Like paint splattered all over a Van Gogh. Or a naked Ryan Gosling.”
